I agree, people also need to recognize that the cost to raise capital is not cheap - going through a company like this or a broker dealer route will cost you 6-10% of the capital they raise. for me I would be looking at your warm contacts and a very good commerical lender that would be the most cost effective..

We generally have enough visitors around warm weather holidays and while kids are out of school to keep occupancy high but the rest of the year can be very rough unless..2) It's ideal to be located in or very near one of the things I mentioned above that attract visitors to the area.
