I looked at this and saw opportunity, not despair.

Just keep trying and don't despair!

A stereotyped but unconscious despair is concealed even under what are called the games and amusements of mankind.

Having no safe and stable place to live often leads to job loss a deeper descent into poverty and despair.

If you're going to convince people to sign over their property, you have to catch them at the nadir of their despair.

Don't despair, this is a problem you can definitely overcome with a little legwork.

That is an expensive mistake that hopefully might save someone else the same despair I am currently feeling. 

For me having seen how people in despair live, their worries, their concerns, trying everything possible not to lose their homes... and 33 investors are bombarding them with mailers to sell their homes for cheap.

It's crazy that Garfield doesn't know what it has; any east/west street has skyline views, so many historic, classic Chicago greystones, several transportation options into the Loop...and then trash and despair in nearly all of the countless vacant lots.
