(cont)So for all those custodial parents affected by today’s economy and corrupt financial and political agencies causing you to struggle with your house payments, car payments, kids and step kids expenses, cable bills, utility bills, and everything else you need more money for --- as well as for all those non custodial parents who have had all their rights stripped away and all avenues to be able to better or improve yourself in order to meet your court ordered obligations to be taken away like your career, employment, all your money, bank accounts, tax returns, unemployment checks, professional and drivers licenses being revoked, leaving you in poverty and homeless and despair with no recourse---My statement or conclusion is different than yours californiawill.

It's crazy that Garfield doesn't know what it has; any east/west street has skyline views, so many historic, classic Chicago greystones, several transportation options into the Loop...and then trash and despair in nearly all of the countless vacant lots.
