If they take a hit on being out of pocket monthly it's because they ran the numbers and, as long as the out of pocket is going towards principal pay-down (which our cash flow sheet depicts) then they'll be ahead when they sell, they'll get everything they put towards principal back in the sale and will have taken advantage of tax savings and appreciation. 

The quality just wasn't good and even though the samples they have posted seem to depict the level of creativity and quality of design, the end product was nothing like it.

You can get a better depiction of crimes that can really effect your decision (property crimes, violent crimes, etc.)

I am hoping to gather a more accurate depiction of metrics such as building size, land necessary, equipment needs, staffing requirements, etc. that would help to analyze the feasibility of such an endeavor.
