Unless they fixed it, apartments.com was having trouble with criminal background checks.

I cannot specifically think of any issue at all but occasionally we have had complaints about something clearly listed and when we point them to it the complaining usually stops. 

I checked the Better Business Bureau for complaints, I checked the NJ State Attorney General consumer division to ensure he was licensed, I checked every reference he gave by visiting sites and speaking with the homeowners. 

PS Rochester and Buffalo were ground zero for much of this stuff also there were groups buying those homes for 10k packaging them up and selling them for 80k to investors from England. the city / state finally cracked down on that and there was some folks that got in trouble on the criminal side of it.. you can google it.. wont mention names but you can find it if you dig deep enoughBut this is nothing new.. buying hood rates for pennies and selling them for dollars to foreigners and unsuspecting out of state folks. 

Generally if a first is going to be paid off from the second position foreclosure, then the first must be notified in the complaint and the language will not be indicative of the foreclosure being subject to the first.

Dogbarking: Neighbor complaints of constant dog barking or aggressivebehaviors will result in a notice and possible lease termination.

If the complaint is legit, the offender will be cited and you can use that as evidence for a violation letter, termination, or eviction.Second, if the offense is real, I recommend starting with a written warning.

Rarely is the complaint the real problem.

If it is, explain your situation and ask to file a complaint.

Every adult should be fully screened to ensure you aren't renting to a violent criminal, drug dealer, etc.
