After a year you finance, it gets into BRR situation that is no money from your pocket as equity takes care of downpayment and you own the building.

I still have plenty time left saving but when the time comes I’ll either be looking into conventional loans, or some type of remodel loan to pay for the repairs of the property I am looking to fix up, because as far as I’ve seen so far it’s hard to find a good deal starting out unless you buy it as discounted as possible and put some sweat equity into it, let me know your thoughts on that ur possible.

If scaling quickly is your goal, DSCR loans are a great tool for the refi portion since there’s no 12 month seasoning requirement like conventional loans, and DTI isn’t a factor.

Even with those small pieces of glass, the cleaners need to take care to get any dust or lint left behind after wiping them down.I use various size dining placemats as covers for the glass which keeps them looking good and from damage.
