After 6 weeks of horrible follow up and conflicting information about how many times they showed my property, the “supervisor” let me know that they’d actually been lying and had lost all of my keys so had not shown the property after-all.

It's a conflict of interest!

The idea is intriguing, but online research has yielded conflicting opinions and "pay to play membership plans; can't get a straight answer whether this is legit or scam and not worth the front-end subscription payments.  

Here are my two conflicting ideas:1.

Your comments about acquiring real estate in strategic locations and wanting to rent to voucher recipients for the benefit of guaranteed rent may be at conflict with each other.

He is not a licensed financial professional, which is convenient because he does not have to adhere to strict regulatory standards such as disclosing conflicts of interest and how he gets compensated as noted.  

But in my experience, if you ask the opinion of five accountants on anything, you typically get five conflicting opinions.

I’m really conflicted and would love any advice or fresh perspectives!

I have seen conflicting answers on this..

Two conflicting truths: - Wholesaling is definitely a real part of the real estate investing industry and makes up at least 3-5% of transaction volume by members of this forum when polled, especially flippers. - I believe (and will bet anyone who cares to oppose me) there are less than 1,000 people in this country who can claim $100K or more in assignment feels or similar wholesaling income for at least 3 years in a row.
