@David Clay I’m selling homes everyday in Philly.

If I try to reply to someone, such as @Scott Trench or @Mindy Jensen in a message, while on my phone or one of two tablets, I can't.What happens is as soon as I type a word, then hit the space bar, the text I just typed disappears.At first, I figured it was my tablet. 

'yeah, just need to buy a used router/table, table saw, heat gun, paint, varnish, this that, and do a-z no pro.

I have heard of the book Flip by Rick Villani and Clay Davis though, seems to be reviewed pretty well on Amazon.

@Ronald Rohde: Either I was misunderstood or didn't explain myself well enough when I said 'flat concrete roof' - I don't mean a true flat roof, I only meant instead of the curved concrete tiles (used to be clay originally) that characterize the Mediterranean style, which would not be in line with the styles prevalent in Texas, and I meant that possibly they could make roof tiles flat instead of curved, therefore look similar to composition but last much longer. 

Clay Smith is no longer in the roofing business,  so he pointed me to his guy that took over.
