Looking for a good RE Agent in Philadelphia

Hi. I'm looking for a great agent in Philadelphia. My sister moved to Florida without selling her home before she did so. The agent she had didn't work out very well. The mortgage is now tightening her budget and she needs to get this house sold as in yesterday. I told her I'd help her find a good agent if I could. Any recommendations? I'm looking for someone who knows the market well and who sells lots of properties. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
