Receiving extra privileges i.e. bed roll down and chocolate treat services is indeed a treat and keep loyal guests coming back time after time.

On 2FL floor I am cutting cost by (A) Bedrooms: cleaning, painting the wood floor chocolate brown, and throwing custom fit area rugs (B) Bathroom and closets: vinyl sheet (C) I am not sure what to do in the hallway - Ideally I would sand/refinish the hallway floors (a permanent solution).

My wife and I run a chocolate company which takes up much of our time.

Find a location that suits your ideal customer and create a UNIQUE experience for them, whether its the location, the property, the amenities, the decor, the extras you offer, i.e. bottle of wine & chocolates, etc.
