That being said, most of the people that turn to others for help don't do the same level of research on the qualifications of the "doctor" that will be assisting them.

It's like you wouldn't go to a foot doctor for a heart problem, no offense to foot doctors.

They appear to be really soaking their unsophisticated investors, my guess they focus on doctors, and it's a risky place and time to be buying too. good luck

A good agent can be the most important professional that many people hire in their lifetimes (aside from doctors). 

Their monthly regeneration of capital can often get them out of bad investments and into the plus over time ( doctors are notorious ) for getting into investments they do not understand.2.

I now require any animals brought onto the property for any length of time, even service and emotional support animals, to be registered with petscreening.com or otherwise verified through a third party, and if tenants or their guests are not happy with that, they can send the documentation directly to me (vaccination records for the animal and a doctor's note with medical license and clinician contact information be sent to me).

What digging I've done has been in valuing professional services practices (same issue: owner does the "labor", has client loyalty, etc.) as well as medical practices (patients loyal to a doctor more than a physical address).  

This one is a turbo boost LOL like multiple diseases / inflammation went down when hormonal issue is being normalized into like 25 years young LOL.I lost 70 lbs too except in 6 months.Way to do this is reading health book and not following expensive doctor advice LOL
