I got great value from a $200 course on how to use Quickbooks for managing SF rentals. 

Also, any advice on managing budgets for PPC in the real estate sector would be really helpful.Thanks in advance for any insights. 

I've found that if you're going to do section 8, a lot of your trust is in the property manager to make or break the deal.
