It’s not the car as much as the driver, and making sure you take the right road with enough gas to go the distance.  

Until about a year ago, I was living on a student's "income" that more or less covered basic spending and nothing more, which was fine for me and even allowed me to put a bit of it on the side over the years......which I then spent on my first car as soon as I got my first real job.

How do they get to your property to pick up the car? A

I use USAA for all of my insurance, both properties and car (as well as umbrella).

I totally disagree with @Cara Lonsdale.

A fancy car (a used acura TL in my case) can make a young man feel pretty big in the britches for a few months.  

If you generally drive a 3 to 7 year old car as the most economical approach for you while not feeling like you need to wear a mask to retain your pride, you need to but a 3 year old car and trade it in 4 years for another 3 year old car.
