Hello allI recently got an level 2 inspection of a chimney and they are saying I need to tear down and rebuild the roofline and up on this chimney (5,000 repair)and if I don’t in a year or two it will just spread like cancer and I will have to have the whole thing replaced (12-15k).  

It'd be like asking a primary doctor to diagnose cancer. 

Several life events have led me to Real Estate Investments because I know this will allow me to fund and donate to research studies for Children's Cancer in the future.My brain is eager to learn more, and my ears waiting to hear from wholesalers, hard money lenders, contractors, and other motivated investors out there!!  

The owner of the home died just this February 2015 and he was dealing with cancer so he wasn't able to do anything to maintain the home; reason for its condition.

I had to get cancer before I listened.About three years ago, it just so happened that my son had just gone off to college, so that was actually one less day to day stressor in my life.  

Me being a women with a death sentence with cancer & expected to to die, (but that was 7 years ago and I am healthy and alive today cancer free & I'm here to stay!!)

People like to malign us sometimes--and my misplaced anger and bad advice early on in this thread didn't help.

I dont think you would let someone cut you open with a scalpel or treat your kid's cancer without a "formal education".

The seller got cancer, cannot work, and needs to liquidate assets.  

I'm in my mid-20's and work in the J-town area in the manufacturing field.I've had a few entrepreneurial experiences, but decided to get serious when a loved one was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago.
