With buyers and renters relying more on online listings, I'm curious how valuable do you find virtual tours in showcasing properties?

Annual revenue for a small 2bed 2bath cabin is basically the same.

You could have picked it up, flipped it right back on the market for $300K without lifting a finger, or done a basic builder-grade renovation and sold it for $625K+.Also, most homes in the South End fall under RMF or R6 multifamily zoning.

I updated the bathroom/porch in the spring, and am finishing construction on a 2-stall garage (the previous garage was basically a large shed that I could not fit much in).Moving forward I am considering one of the following options to put my money and build equity:1.

I spearheaded the movement to get the devlopment FHA approved so that owner occupant buyers could use FHA financing. 

i have seen many do very well getting on a team.Myself personally I would concentrate on listings 1000%  Buyers only if well knownand wont waste your time. 

So basically, if you talk to 10 Realtors this year, 9 of them won't be Realtors next year.

I do have a handout with the basic overall requirements on the VA OTC loan. 

I've noticed that properties with virtual tours tend to get more engagement online, and investors/agents who use them often say they help attract more serious buyers and renters.
