I come from a stock options investing background so I'm trying to figure out the parallels to the various strategies available to an Options trader - like call, put, straddles, butterfly, spreads etc.   

I just got off the phone with the first person I've ever called about a deal, and I still have butterflies.

Someone who is still scraping by, still searching for money for each deal, buyers for each opportunity, getting butterflies every time they select a tenant.

If you want to put in some decorative elements, look at ornamental bushes, like the butterfly bush. 

I'm pretty confident in the decision but at the end of the day there is still significant risk that has the butterflies churning in my belly. :) I've been waiting for this day for a long while now but feel it could be sort of a new beginning.Also been reading alot about new concepts about wholesaling and bird watching that I'm just learning from this site......Anyway, any advise from the wise?

Don't block any windows but you could put, moving from doorway outwards - maybe a tall thin hedging evergreen on each side of door (could be in large pots), maybe some day lilies against the wall under the windows fronted by ground cover azaleas, climbing vines between the windows, a low growing (3') shrub with variegated foliage under the smaller windows and something like a pampas grass or butterfly bush at opposite ends of the building.  

This tenant is a stay at home mom and is a bit of a social butterfly...

Just navigating through this site the past 24 hours has given me butterflies like Christmas Eve.

And I still get somewhat of little butterflies in my tummy, about making the offers...the emotion of dealing with a seller is exciting.  

But in the short 2 years, 4 out of the 5 houses in front of mine have been bought by investors and gutted.. and im right on Ocean ave/MLK, which is def not a stroll my baby around chasing butterflies type of scenario even in daytime.
