I was in SJ last year many time and no wonder - the way - some areas of N Cal or S Cal appreciates is breathtakingly amazing.

I actually never attended one of these, and now I am more amuse (more so about the entertainment seeing this more as a spectacle and show) and disappointed (was expecting it to be more educational-focus).

Wholesalers have no such obligation.By the way, I'm happy to hold up my 5% commission ($17,350) on that $347K house up against the $120K screwing that the wholesaler was trying to give my clients in the real life story I referenced above.Stating that Realtors earn their fees simply by listing on MLS demonstrates a breathtaking lack of understanding of the Realtor's role and duties. 

The weather is not kind most of the year, but there are areas that are breath taking in their wild lonely beauty. 

I've had people not apply for a rental because they where spectacle that carpets would take more then a day to install in the bedrooms of a 1500 sqft house.

I wanted a home inspection done so we set it up...When I walked in with my Property manager we smelled something funny. ( This is an upscaleArea btw.. rent was $4500/month 3000 sq ft home with huge pool and breathtaking view that allowsYou to capture Disneyland fireworks nightly.)

I think she just likes the spectacle of it all.   

And the appreciation the area has seen has been nothing short of breathtaking for Western PA.

The redwoods are so breathtakingly beautiful.
