I really do not like 5 adults live in my property as there will be too much hassle and too many parties, cars, too many boyfriend/girlfriends not on lease....But do not know how to avoid them without being accused of discrimination. 

When I was renting out my SFH, it always plays out as this: The person who calls us to inquire will have a swimmingly well history but once we request the history of the girlfriend, boyfriend, husband, wife, baby mother or baby father we get a nightmare report about them.

Don’t let your boyfriend handle it because then you will never get results. 

My HOA informed me that my tenant had their boyfriend living in my unit, which was against my lease agreement.

Lets say the tenant is white but the boyfriend is black.

I imagine the sister's boyfriend is there once and a while also. 

And my favorite ex wife's boyfriend sells used cars....he puts up with her, we shouldn't bad mouth him either.

I am extremely new to the real estate game and my boyfriend and I are looking into purchasing property in the DFW area. 

A daughter's boyfriend moved in recently.

So I inherited a squatter at closing.He was listed as “boyfriend” of previous tenant on lease I inherited from seller.Problem is that lease expired May 2018.The original tenant on the lease moved out on expiration of lease and i never met her.Now this boyfriend is late on rent.He’s technically not on lease.I’m planning to ask my agent to post a 3-day notice on Monday.But I’m not sure that even applies as technically he’s not my tenant as he never signed a lease.Has anyone dealt with this situation?
