If you come across a good deal or get in to a bind it doesn’t matter, the money is gone.If you put it in a savings account then you can work towards paying off the debt, you can see how long and how hard it is to save up the $15-16k in cash, and then make your decision from there.If you want to pay it off then boom, take the money and pay it off.
