The FED Just Hit The Panic Button

@Chris Miller history doesn’t repeat itself, but it does rhyme.I remember 2006, and how the fed was engineering a beautiful soft landing and everything was great and home builder stocks and banks and investment banks were THE stocks to own because all the data was pointing to a rosy future. The only data source you would need is the yield curve.

Broken Bow 2024 - Still a good idea or beware?

I totally agree, so many properties there are new and beautiful that there needs to be *something* to really stand outYou make a really good point re: no plan B, and in general I’ve seen the home values in that market depreciating (assuming because of the boom / growth in supply in the last couple years).I might be wrong here but I assumed that a general trade off between vacation market and metro areas would generally be that strs in vacation markets don’t really have a plan BI’m pretty split at the moment, but really appreciate your thoughts

The waterfront area downtown is beautiful for as far as the eye can see in both directions. As remote work takes hold and knowledge workers look to escape Seattle, I can definitely see it becoming an Austin-esque city in the PNW.
