During the working hours, I have been working with a custom staircase company building absolutely bananas spiral staircases and solid wood bathtubs and sinks. 

I'd much rather that large hot with 3 creams from McDonalds.My bet (and I reserve the right to be wrong) is that the most important ingredient in a gourmet shop is marketing. 

If you don't have any of those, sell those that are in rougher areas and keep the cream of the crop.

All the wholesalers I have come across just try to rip us off -- and as shown by the companies track record for not falling for traps, we dont take scammers/liars too well.I want to reach and make connections with the cream of the crop wholesalers but just am not sure how...
