I think it is, but I'm in, like, the polar opposite atmosphere from you!  

Would these circumstances be very different if we were in a high interest rate atmospheres, such as the 1980's with 14% interest rates?

(i) Should it be in DE because of its reputation for a very LLC/Business friendly atmosphere even if the property is not in DE.

Although the supply might be loosening up a little.And my guess is with the political atmosphere in this country, contractors might become even more difficult to find in DFW.I think you can find some schools even in Dallas that are good. 

But yes great networking atmosphere if you meet the right people.

Even if you learn it in an atmosphere that is not necessarily real estate related it will be beneficial.  

Looking back, I couldve went to a broker with an office atmosphere so I can be amongst other agents and I could've possibly learned more, etc... but what's done is done. 

It costs nothing to get a roof that will reflect more heat out of the atmosphere.
