For example in Reno, NV our analytics show cash flow around 35% down for most 200-500k properties and the appreciation is very strong.

You really have a good thought process as investor (which is rare in biggerpockets but very common analytical skillsets in bay area).I just read another "best sponsor (yesterday)" got wiped out out in one of their apartment.

for question like this i recommend the OP to subscribe to resiclub analytics, lot of good info there where they can decipher, whether it would be ohio or milwaukee as final city later on it's totally his discretion.Resi club is fantastic, love Lance & his team!

I am ideally looking for analytics positions but at this point, I don't mind starting somewhere lower and working up from there.

I submitted evidence refuting the mail issue, being in arrears etc… so they couldnt use any of their evidence from the highly over paid (by your taxes) AI analytics which produced that evidence and they decided i didnt meet my burden of proof because the airbnb was rented out for too many nights out of the year.
