Now I knew for a fact I saw someone inside the house and when they didn't answer I knew something was wrong.I walked through the house yelling hello and I saw a figure dash from the kitchen to the stairs and run up the stairs.

I evicted 2 of them today and as is typical with deadbeat tenants I get there and rather than being gainfully employed, they're laying around sleeping.So I had to wake them up and of course...they didn't have their own transportation so I had to arrange for them to be moved.Again, as is typical with typical deadbeat tenant entitlement mentality, one got loose in my van and went to the front of the van and climbed up under my dash on the passenger side.
