Besides, There’s no doubt your going to have many dubious characters and thefts on your property just like casinos or strip clubs get  .

It's a 500M development well unless they have approached you they probably don't need you .its just like the 4 acres I own next to the largest casino on N CA  that they just spend 400 million building.I am zoned multi use resi commercial but until I have a user .. no joy..

@David Miller the property itself is great, the area is working towards building a casino, and rentals fill quick, it’s literally just the road that’s a weird quirk.

You may have the bedroom count, but sqft is very low for that rent, your probably closer to $1700-1800 than over $2000 in that area, maybe north of 210 Shandon Hills, maybe the Del Rosa/Sterling area, San Grogonia area, close to Highland or casino area might get closer to those rents.It looks like your trying to Finance with an FHA loan, watch out for mortgage fraud, SB has been a hotbed of mortgage fraud in the past and it is much more of an issue today than in the past, not saying they are looking to lock people up but occupancy fraud is one of the most common forms of fraud and lenders do look for it.

The best deal on the strip is the 24 hour buffet, which is all you can eat buffet at various casinos for a period of 24 hours.

Horse racing is taking off in Mass because of the new casinos.

My reasons for picking this location Is because there are great jobs minutes away (EB, physers, military base), casinos (Mohegan and foxwoods) aren’t far, Niantic and mystic are very popular entertaining towns that are within 10-15 minutes, and the beaches are also within a couple minutes.

If you are going to gamble, I recommend Baccarat as at least the odds are the best in the casino....good luck 

If I want to speculate it might as well be at the casino-the entry price is way lower and I can walk away any time I want.
