Very similar to how Walmart flattens mom and pop shops.In the next 10-20 years:No personal offense meant to anyone agents here, but you and I know that technology is getting to the verge of becoming MORE than just making existing systems and processes more efficient.

Hey Fellow Investors,I am just starting out and looking to buy a Fourplex with an FHA loan to househack and get the ball rolling.The deal is a 2% deal in a C class neighbourhood within 2 miles of walmart and other usual big box stores.The problem is the utility (landlord paid) is 7000$ !!

I'm completely aware of the tactic as $99,995 or $9,9999.99 looks a lot better than $100,000 and is why everything at Walmart and on used car lots are priced this way.
