It is located on main road, directly across from a shopping center which has Verizon, govt offices, medical office, restaurant. 

If that is all I had done in the last 24 months, I would not be able to afford the Verizon FIOS service allowing me to write this or I would keep the Verizon service and choose to write this in the cold because I would not be able to afford heat in my home if I still had a home.Those 7 are the current active listings I have and do not include the 5 under contract and dozens of other closed in the last year. 

Verizon has by far the best service in Omaha.If cell service is spotty in your area, you need to get a landline for your business.

If you are a Verizon customer you can add it to a line for like $10 bucks a month, and disconnect the service when not using it.

Looks like a decent working class neighborhood with some commercial businesses thrown in (I actually like that Verizon is across the street, fewer people, less noise, less traffic on weekends).

@Greg Myroth Their e-mail support did eventually offer to send me a Verizon base station, I guess the standard is on T-mobile.
