You can try and ask questions during the coaches call if you can get in around his buddies but he is not a teacher nor a public speaker.  

My daughter is an Agent in Vegas I suspect they are going to get a lot of overflow as well since there is no income tax there and prop taxs are basically the lowest in the nation.. my mid term rental I have there has routinely been leased out to insurance companies paying for their clients that had a fire .. or this last one they were building a new personal residence that took over a year. 

In Las Vegas they decided it has to be away form others, have sound monitoring equipment, ban parties, AND it has to be your primary home that you live in WHILE it’s rented out .

I did not hear any thing negative on Boxabl been following them.. they are Vegas based ADU in a box correct.. 

They were a hard money / private mortgage lender out of Las Vegas doing about $30 million annually.

I now live in Las Vegas but still have a B&B and real estate company down there and go back 5x per year.

I am a teacher and high school football coach so things have been so crazy, now that football is over I am going to look into this more.

Now, ca n you learn to properly do creative financing from a mentor/coach/investor - of course.

When I used to have RE Broker in my title ( I still have the license just dont practice) I would get folks pinging me about Vegas about once a quarter or so and I would hand those leads to my Daughter  she made some pretty awesome connections from a few of those folks that bought multi million dollar homes..

They lure you in with promises of coaching and training.
