You will need certain skills (possibly hard / soft / silver soldering) to replace specific components, especially the filter / drier.Remember, however, that is NOT for DIY - you need licensed professionals to handle and dispose of replaced refrigerants.Here is a link to a page from the owner of the "Freon" trade name (there's no such thing as "freon", actually - it's a DuPont (now Chemours) trade name for their line of refrigerants) including a video showing how to convert an existing R22 system to R-438A.

The answer would depend upon how the membership interest was titled (if held j/t or in trust, probate could be avoided).Unless the OA states otherwise, profits and losses would still be allocated in accordance with ownership %... so the surviving members did not suddenly become 50/50 partners.

I've heard conflicting information on this one. I've heard (I think on BP Podcast) you have only possess 10 mortgages. But my tax preparer tells me that you can own as many as you want...similarly, few people on here...

I went to the snohomish county planning & development office to ask for the possibility of division of the lot and the person who helped me said it would be possible because the lot is compliant (does meet the future land use) and there are houses across the street have been rezoned to R-7200.Does anyone have any experience doing this previously?
