Its also more cost efficient compared to NY in terms of fee's and overall costs to set up LLC.When I set my LLC up in Fl it took literally 15 minutes and you will need to get your Tax ID/IEN set up so you can get your business checking account set up with a local FL bank.

@Tony Gutierrez You can force a tax sale with only one FiFa. 

It was Tony ( captain America) who uses that and  the fact that there were only 8 spots available as the sell factor on the 3 day with Jeremy. ) Like I said I learned alot from Jeremy but not enough to be sucessful.

Maybe you should try Tony Robbins instead, because he addresses 'Action'.
