I’m most impressed with the fact that you studied real estate and real estate markets for a year before investing; that you scanned the possibilities, chose what you considered the best opportunity, and went all in.  

Studies have shown that guests don't want to book for a full week anymore, they'll pay more per night for a shorter vacation of 3 or 4 nights. 

But, I don’t think that should be a very high bar for you especially if you are already studying and researching this at 18 years old and you don’t plan to buy anything until 2-3 years from now at the earliest.

Now I'm not gonna be Mr Tour-guide for any/all who want to stop out and just look around but if you go through the steps and are serious, we have built out acquisition strategy HECK-YEAH I'm gonna say come-on-out and we'd carve out some time to do market tours together AND I'd equip you to do some self study/exploration.

I am currently studying to get my real estate license in the state of PA and plan on buying my first investment property in the next couple months.

Do a case study.

It reminds me of the Charles Schwab study - their best performing retail investment accounts were from dead people that never closed out the account.

I am new to biggerpockets.com so forgive me if this has been discussed already but, does the brrrr method work when working multifamily and if so can someone send me a case study or what the difference is
