My ultimate goal with real estate would be to have enough passive income to be able to provide extremely low priced apartments to refugees (they then could concentrate their very low income on getting diplomas to break the poverty cycle they usually get into when they arrive) and to fund a NGO to help them settle and get a good start in their new host country.
