It's a 15 minute drive from the main highway (i.e. not the most RV friendly drive).

I think of my project in oregon building new homes were we dump a 30k lumber pack and it just sits next to the street and nothing goes missing.. then we get the house wired and all the wires are exposed until we can weather in it..

Almost makes me want to pack up and start in another state altogether!

However, not to be a wise guy, but serious question...what if I wanted to borrow $25k from 5 different family members to buy an RV, or start a small business, or pay my bills?

Along with constant moving.. many of these tenants at least in that market will simply move annually they know the landlords will bend over backwards for a 100% voucher so they just pack up the few things they have an move to a freshly renovated house and leave their old house behind..
