Validate their Legitimacy:Ensure the company is properly licensed and regulated, particularly if you're working with private lenders.

I've closed a bunch of loans with Kiavi, Roc, and a few with ABL, I also closed with RCN, Easy Street, Lima One, and some smaller private lenders.I've come to the conclusion that the experience at the lender is not globally good or globally bad. 

Example: If a business buys an oven and it costs $5,000, and $1,000 for installation and setup, and $200 of delivery and transport fee. 

Is there a private entrance/parking or room to make one?

They are on a big push to get back in the game though, have you seen their recent ads stressing that they only list private homes?

to simplify, here's what i would do: don't borrow private money, or partner, until you have a track record.

Typically this is called private mortgage insurance (PMI) but with FHA loans it's mortgage insurance premium (MIP).
