South Jersey more landlord friendly than North Jersey, but you have more appreciation in North Jersey. 

I won't go into details, but experienced investors know what it means when there's trouble with subcontractors getting paid.Started the process of 2 houses in North Port in the spring of 2022. 

I'll admit, I might've bitten a little more than I could chew, but I got anxious and I just wanted to have my first property in the city that was up north. 

Particularly I was looking at North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida... - what markets would you enter today?
