But I believe that, on paper, this app does actually do most of the stuff I said I wanted in a property management product.All that said, if you are comfortable using an app for everything, and/or if you have a pot of money you wouldn't mind rolling the dice on to earn 6-8% interest, by all means give it a shot.

Another idea perhaps more leverage than anything would be the threat of a forced sale where OP would collect first every dollar put into for the property over the years before the pot is split.

If you have real nice quality USA made furniture in excellent shape, then it has some value.Used pots, pans, silverware etc...that can be had for free all over sites like Craigslist, FB Marketplace and OfferUP.
