I'm pre med student trying to get into the real estate world.

It is located near the hospital/downtown area so I attract graduate Med and Law Students and they pay their rent.  

I went years with no diagnosis until I finally found a talented neurologist who correctly diagnosed it and sent me off to a psychiatrist for treatment.I got a cocktail of meds which kept the seizures at bay effectively and included sleeping pills.  

We like the potential for med school students up there, and I think those are our target tenants.The fan is tough for prices.

I use things from college/med school DAILY in my line of work, many years after the fact.

If you get an appraisal, have the lender order it, they can't use one ordered by a proposed borrower....money wasted.If the price is higher than you want to go, might talk to some of your peers and partner on the building, usually how the Docs buy in my area and they may buy more than one med building.

I was pre-med 15 years ago headed towards medical school, then got into property management and landlording.  

I think the development of a Med School will be a huge catalyst for growth; Spokane has the opportunity to be a great market!

Currently, I live in the Med Center in Houston while I attend school and I am tired of paying rent.
