I was in your neck of the woods about six years ago (in Stockholm).

On one of the BP podcasts yesterday they were talking about humor & getting along with a spouse who is less than eager to participate in Real Estate investing- something like that could certainly lighten the mood even at home!! 

You might, maybe, sometimes, if the underwriter is in a good mood and everything else in the file is perfect, and if the UW owes that LO a favor, get an exception.

Although the return is dependent on market moods and is associated with high risk factors, the positive cash outflow every month will add up to your profits.Whatever be the amount you have invested in gold, it isn’t going to give you any tax benefit.

After that, I think it depends on the mood the computer or asset manager is in :)

I've been following the Miracle Morning for several weeks now and it has greatly increased my productivity and improved my mood throughout the day. 

A few of my friends ended up there for the long haul, and I make a trip there every once in a while when I'm in the mood to do some shopping at IKEA :).

I mentally prepare because I'm still fairly new to talking to sellers and you don't know what mood the caller is in, how they feel about your business, or why they are calling. 

Lots of sun, great beer, proximity to the mountains and most people who live here chose to live here so the state is filled with people in good moods.

And I guess just depends on my mood that day. what I think though is wild is the fake lenders that try to get a conversation going only to obviously try to scam you out of a few dollars. get one of those about once a month..
