I just pasted one... there are a lot more.So agian, why are you going to do the stuff that does NOT work .. to make money so that you can do the things that do work to make money.Get a website, make it credible.

In this case, the students requested a 13 month lease, so it would take them just past graduation.

The dog is an 18 mo old black lab, supposedly just past its puppy stage, but I know black labs are puppies for a few years. 

That's actually why I was kind of leaning towards a Heloc in another 6+ months from now, because it'll be just past a year that we bought this place and the equity is going up pretty rapidly, and we have some sweat equity into it as well such as a kitchen/bath remodel etc etc.  

@Bryce Till that green grass just past the weeds looks pretty good and it's low maintenance.
