Otherwise, just go through all the local/regional banks.   

And if the buyer defaults and stops paying, then you just foreclose on them just as any bank would foreclose on a buyer who stops paying.

Just gotta put some effort into finding the operator.

i found in my build projects that started just before and continued through the pandemic prices rose. everything but lumber became sticky IE they rose but did not fall..
