I would rather invest my time and efforts in creating a quality life for me and my family , travel the world, enjoy the moment than burn myself out 7 days a week trying to build an empire of any kind. 

Yeah, the areas that I look at in state because I know it and grew up there is the inland empire. 

One of my mentors moved something like 25 times in 23 years, to build part of his empire. 

You'll hear a lot of YouTubers claim you can build an empire in one year, but it's just not realistic.

A memorable reply I recall  from a pumper here back then was “I wont let you rain on my parade” … well now it’s a tsunami coming inland and it doesn’t care about your feelings.
