Does anyone know a good appliance repair person near the Hartford, specifically West Hartford, CT area?

I am looking for recommendations for a good real estate attorney to use in the Hartford, CT area, as well as a good title company to use.

Just passed my final agent license exams in Connecticut and am working on finding the right broker/office to sign on with in Northern Hartford County (Simsbury, Suffield, Granby, West Hartford, Windsor Locks, etc).

LoopNet shows only a few for sale and mostly in Hartford county, so I am looking for someone with leads or complex not listed.

I have been trying to get my start as a wholesaler in Hartford County, CT, but haven't gotten my 1st deal under contract yet.

We have a few single family rentals in Manchester, West Hartford and one on the border of Hartford / West Hartford.
