Hi everyone, we currently moved from WNY and live in a 2nd floor apartment of a 3 unit multi-family house on the east side of Providence (near Hope Village).

We are going to Incline Village this weekend for a wedding in the family.  

In and around Greenwich village last time through looked pretty forlorn. 

Good evening Everyone - I'm going to be in town the weekend of 12/18 to close on a 2-unit in West Village.

I know of two other landowners who own STRs that are interested for either dedicated tiny home “villages” or as ADUs to existing properties. 

It’s on a big lot (almost 1 acre) in the Innis Garden Village area.

If you want to be a little adventurous, we also have sold some in Little Village.

I like the Tempe & Phoenix Area (Encanto village, Coronado district) for multi family they have a good amount of multi fam units that are older and you can add value quite early.

It's got a village like feel with locally owned shops and eateries.

Most of my clients purchase turnkey investment properties in areas like Old North, Merion Village, Southern Orchards, Old Towne East/King-Lincoln Bronzeville, Driving Park, North Linden, North Hilltop, Franklinton, Reynoldsburgh, and Hungarian Village.
