I recently found first savings bank in Tennessee that promotes this specific product Roger Williams is the contact, not sure if there is any affiliation to the Roger Williams on this thread.

I saw Keystone Funding had great reviews but was not sure if you were affiliated or just kind of using the name to drum up dumb fresh investors(which again, I now understand is not the case!).

these deals are done with your commercial banker .. they are not something that is advertised or talked about.. its why I keep all my accounts and my affiliated companies accounts at my commercial bank. you need to be able to talk to your personal banker and that banker needs to be in a Senior position.. thats how it worked for me.

I should also say that I am affiliated with BiggerPockets, but as an investor myself I only recommend things that I actual use and that I think you would find useful based on what you've said about yourself, as with any recommendations take them with a grain of salt and think about what is most beneficial to you in this moment where you're at1.

I would also suggest reviewing credentials...50% of the PM firms in the city are not licensed brokers or agents affiliated with brokers....and most of the agents that claim to manage are focused on residential sales...not a great fit.
