I'd highly recommend getting or building a website that is setup to convert above the fold, start an AdWords, Facebook, or Bing paid campaign, and start producing content that you can share around to get links back to your site (this will help increase your SEO ranking over time).

Direct Mail, Bandit Signs, Adwords would be top 3.

I believe google adwords is a more effective method because you can target words such as "sell my house fast etc."

Hi all,Does anyone here have much experience to date utilizing Google Adwords, etc.

Adwords would be a better bet, since the market identifies themselves by the search intent of the query.

I was using AdWords and having NO success.

Other than that, we are implementing Google Adwords, but it's taking a time to build anything thus far.

I'm curious why anyone would put the $$ into an AdWords campaign but not put any time into their content.
