Wanted to introduce myself here on our beloved BP after hearing today’s BP RE podcast.

This may be loving, but a 50K profit off of a daughter's back doesn't sound very generous if you ask me...I would walk away from this "opportunity" because I can quickly run out of fingers and toes on how this "deal" could go south.

I've been reaching out to meet people but somehow missed my beloved state.

Sevier County next to Knoxville is amazing for short-term rentals and is next to the most visited national park in the county, though our beloved Smokies are not as grand as your Rockies.
