.), but the bedrooms are regular keys, as @Jonathan C. mentioned for the front door, the unit is set up to send me an email when the batteries are low. i also have another student rental ( 8 rooms, 2 entry, 2 units + utility room) one master key and each bedroom has its own key that will get students in the entry, there unit, and there own bedroom. had a locksmith do that one. cost me a few hundred dollars with keying and supplying the locks ( 13 total ). i like both setups but may look into the landlord locks again for my 3rd student rental i just purchased.

This system is called online TIN matching, and you will have to sign up for IRS eServices in advance and share your personal information in the process.My contractor says he is a business and does not need a 1099He is wrong.There is an exemption for corporations, both C-corporations and S-corporations.

And also, with so many 506(c) operators out there, google the name of the new deal and see if you are finding someone else marketing the same deal and ask why.At the end of the day, it can be hard to tell.

Even if I have to lower the rate by $200 to find the right tenant, I am still ahead of the game by a C-note by year's end.Just my 2 cents, I hope you have already found a tenant for your home by the time this post drops!
