The LLC is a pass through entity and will show up on your personal Schedule E and once the property shows up on the LLC, the debt (that probably won't show on your personal credit report) will be included in your total debt. 

Always meet your borrower in person  do not do these deals over e mail and internet.2.

Some lenders specialize in asset-based lending, considering rental income on Schedule E, especially if you have strong rental history.

There are seasonal dips in income here on the barrier island of E Florida. 

I own and operate a STR nearby in a strong area (Morningside just off of E Warren).
