Hi Jacob, There are DSCR and Hard Money Lenders that will finance a manufactured home as long as it is not in a rural area, and there is no land lease.

Would love for you to consider Indy as a target area for investing in real estate. 

These areas have more affordable properties compared to Boston and are showing signs of growth, especially with infrastructure and job opportunities increasing.

Another you could have done was to call a few other PM's in the area and get their take on the rent range.

Maybe concrete single-family 1-4 units depending on the price point and cash flow.Also there is no real MLS in Puerto Rico you need to find an agent for each area you want to look at.

I am looking to buy my first investment property and have heard a lot about  Fort WayneAs an out of state investor, I am looking to connect with investors/agents in the area to build further knowledge on specifics with the markets and hopefully bring business to in the future!

In the back yard shaded area near that back door is another area perfect for a chair, a table, a small outdoor rug and a glass of wine next to an apple or some grapes on the table.

The most reliable way is look at other STR's in the area and see what their nightly rates look like over the year and look at their occupancy rates.
