I would definitely reach out to several brokerages within the area that could better facilitate as the middleman when Insurance Companies do reach out. 

Absolutely - East Hill is a really popular area for traveling heath care professionals, as well as military on short term TDY orders who are looking for furnished stays.Keys to success for my condo have been keeping the furniture fresh, and not looking like every other listing out there.

Although most of my stays are <7 days, I've had a few longer stays (business travelers and a family that was going through a full home remodel).

Would this be a feasible plan?

Also, sometimes they travel with their family so it may be beneficial to rent it out by the unit and not by the room.

And it makes sense that you don't need so many baths, but I liked the thought of building it out like that because I think long-term, there is still value in it if someone wants to buy it and do full coliving or sober living would be ideal.I definitely don't regret having done it that way, but for someone starting out when money is tighter, it's not necessary.
