Boeing decamped for Charelston there was a bunch of land there to build the new facility and good work force and right to work state.. not to mention its one heck of a tourist destination.. tons of collages the Citidel.. so on and so forth.So I then went to a long time GC family friend of ours that live in Vegas at the time but he spent many years at Hilton head.. great wind surfer..

just my little company has built about 20 new builds there and prior to 2012 there was NO new construction.. or very little.But follow the jobs  follow the weather  and right to work states.. at its core that's shift is still going on and will continue FLA with NO state income tax will continue..
